The women highlighted below, are friends, family, and co-workers that have formed a unique bond that will make your experience in the office, warm, fun, and comfortable. They work as a seamless team, supporting one another, as well as Dr. Windsor.
Robert R. Windsor, DDS
Dr. Windsor earned a Chemistry degree from Loyola College of Maryland in 1975 and continued his education at the University of Maryland earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1979. He is a member of The American Dental Association and The Academy of General Dentistry. His community involvement includes Hands across the Americas – Mission to Columbia. Dr. Windsor runs a highly technical dental practice specializing in Cosmetic, Reconstructive, TMJ Dysfunction Treatment and Laser Dentistry. Along with his strong professional team, Dr. Windsor believes in listening to patients and providing the high-quality care they have come to expect. In his spare time Dr. Windsor enjoys golf, bicycling, fitness training, gardening and gaming.
Rosa Smallwood, Office Manager
Rosa has been in the dental field for 29 years. She began as a clinical dental assistant, and after 18 years, moved to the administrative side of the business. Rosa has worked at Kenilworth Dental for 11 years as a patient coordinator and office manager. She is committed to helping each and every patient. In her spare time, Rosa loves spending time with her two daughters and her five year old grandson.
Pamela Platt, Dental Hygienist
Pam graduated from University of Maryland Dental School with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1979. She practiced at East Baltimore Dental Plan for one year and has been in private practice for the past 30 years. Pam has been married to her husband, Jeffrey, for 32 years! She is the proud mother of three sons; one is married and living in Israel, and her other two sons are working and going to school. Outside of the office, Pam is an avid volunteer, loves to play tennis, and enjoys reading and traveling.
Tammy Caperon, Dental Hygienist
Tammy has been married to her husband for 10 years and has two boys, ages 5 and 6. She started in the dental field in 1992. At first, Tammy worked as an orthodontic assistant until completing dental hygiene school in 2003. The dental field was a second field for Tammy, as she went to School for the Arts and was a vocal student. She graduated from the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre in New York City.
Carrie Burke, Dental Assistant
Carrie has worked with Dr. Windsor since 1995. Prior to her employment with Kenilworth Dental, she attended the Medix school. While working at Kenilworth Dental, Carrie has completed the Blatchford Program, worked chair-side, and has a fine-tuned precision in Dr. Windsor's in-house lab. It's these talents that allow her to create beautiful smiles and help others along side Dr. Windsor. Carrie loves her job and caring for people and can make even the most nervous patient feel at ease in the chair. She has two children, her daughter is 15, and her son is 9. When not at Kenilworth, she loves spending time outdoors, music, and animals.
Angela Grothe, Dental Assistant
Angie as been a dental assistant for Dr. Windsor for the last 10 years. She has grown with the practice and all the new technology it has to offer. Angie is the mother of two wonderful daughters. She enjoys running and also loves curling up with a good book! Angie as an outgoing personality and is always eager to see her patients and meet new ones along the way!
Diane Caparotti, Office Consultant
Diane started with Kenilworth Dental as the office manager 9 years ago. At the time, she had no dental experience and was a quick study to the new "lingo" and technology. In June of 2010, Diane decided to go full force with her passion of being a personal trainer. Even though she is not present on a day-to-day basis, she is still part of the Kenilworth Dental family. Diane can be seen in the absence of Rosa on occasion, and does consultant and website work for our office. She lives in Mt. Airy, MD and has three sons, ages 10, 7, and 2. She has been married to her husband Don for 11 years. Don and Diane opened a gym and provide personal training at their facility. When Diane is not working, she spends time with her kids, enjoys reading, and loves working out . Diane is an avid runner and completed two full marathons in 2010.
A good time for dental health
The Holidays are rapidly approaching! In order to spend some time with our families, the office will be closed the week between Christmas and New Year’s, December 24th- January 2nd.
